Welcome to the official Website
of the NESP
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the fifty-ninth year of the Northeastern Society of Periodontists. Established in 1959, the NESP has become the largest, regional periodontal society in the United States. Our mission is to promote scientific research, to expand clinical knowledge, and to disseminate information for the service of our members.
Thanks to our Program Chair for 2018, Dr. Jeffrey Lemler, an extraordinary group of innovative clinicians and scholars will be presenting at our Fall 2018 Scientific Program. Themed, Current and Emerging Paradigms in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine, the meeting will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The program will feature Drs. Jeremy Mao, Stuart Froum, Ziv Mazor and Bob Horowitz. They will share their expertise and offer windows to the future on topics including regenerative medicine and the predictable management of complex, interdisciplinary periodontal and implant cases. Everyone attending this meeting should leave empowered by these exceptional presenters.
Learning is a life long pursuit. Through this quotidian experience, we as periodontists, are and will remain, a bridge for the rich flow of technical knowledge and scientific development to the members of dental profession. The NESP remains committed to be a primary resource for your continuing education.
Thank you for allowing me the honor to serve as president of the NESP in 2018. I look forward to seeing you in October.
